League Information
Montreal Flag Football League (MFFL) is a flag football league located on the island of Montreal in Quebec, Canada. The league had its first season debut in the summer of 2019. Since then, the number of teams per season has doubled! We now have 12 teams that all face-off against each other in an exciting 10 week round-robin showdown.
Our league is a men's only league with an age restriction of minimum 18 to maximum 30 years of age. Our goal in doing so is to provide a very competitive league format. Our field dimensions are 50 yards long (plus 8 yards end zones on each end) and 30 yards wide.
